SociaTropin™ Real or Rip-Off?

SociaTropinTM is a hot product claiming to dramatically improve your relationships and your social life.

It sounds like the perfect cure for social anxiety, or social phobia.  Or is SociaTropinTM just another “cure” to empty your wallet?

SociaTropinTM Real or Rip-Off?

The SociaTropinTM website reads more like a marketing gimmick than a company sincerely wanting to help people suffering from social anxiety.

Most of the ingredients are all the B vitamins, so nothing magic there, and at $119 a bottle, I don’t think I want to take a risk.

Of course if I order before tomorrow, I can get $40 off a bottle of SociaTropinTM.  I bet if I visited their website tomorrow, I would have until the following day.

Vitamins B-3, B-5, B-6, B-12, Iron, and Manganese Gluconate are the main ingredients; I will try a good B complex and the other two and see what happens.

The website I’m referring to is SociaTropin.com if you are curious.

Social Anxiety? Just Say No!

If you suffer from social anxiety, or social phobia, you know the gut wrenching feeling inside whenever you attend a social event.

Whether it is a small gathering or a large function, those who suffer from social anxiety go through the same physical anguish.

Social Anxiety?  Just Say No!

Those suffering from social anxiety or social phobia must re-train their negative thoughts.  A simple way to do this is to just say “NO!” whenever negative thoughts arise.

Say anything to redirect your negative thoughts.  No!  Stop!  Knock it off!  Once you stop and redirect your negative thoughts, focus on positive pep talk.

Sometimes simple works, and if you are trying to overcome social anxiety, or social phobia, just saying No! is a good place to start.

Happy Memorial Day?

I received a newsletter today in my inbox and it said Happy Memorial Day!  Is it really proper to say Happy Memorial Day?

I’ve said I hope you have a great Memorial Day.  What are your plans for Memorial Day, and so on, but I don’t ever recall saying Happy Memorial Day.

I apologize for straying off topic, but I had to post my two cents about Memorial Day.  Let’s honor those who served.  Read some Memorial Day facts here.
